The kind of relation you have with your employees has a direct impact on their performance and hence their productivity. In the organizations, where the employees are happy and comfortable to work are likely to produce better results. When the employees see that their employer is making sacrifices to create a better environment at work, the employees get encouraged from them at try to give their best to the organization.

Accept that your employees are the lifeblood of your business is only the first step. The next thing is to surround yourself with people who identify with the company philosophy, adopting the spirit of collaboration and sharing your goals.

Become the leader your company needs to meet its objectives and to develop long-range strategies. As a leader, your job is to convey the vision of the company, promote communication and to give them confidence in their concerns, in addition to setting the rules within the team and defining the objectives for each project.
